3. Account Requirements
To use the App, you must:
- Have an active Shopify store
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the App to:
- Sell illegal products or services
- Deceive or mislead customers
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware or harmful code
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
5. AI-Generated Content
The App uses AI to generate responses to customer inquiries. While we strive for accuracy:
- AI responses are based on your product data and may not always be perfect
- You are responsible for ensuring your product information is accurate
- We recommend reviewing AI responses periodically
- We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated content
6. Pricing and Billing
The App offers various pricing tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan:
- You agree to pay the applicable fees
- Fees are billed through Shopify's billing system
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
- Refunds are handled according to Shopify's policies
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its code, design, and AI models, is our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your product data and content. By using the App, you grant us a license to process your data as needed to provide the service.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for lost sales, data, or business opportunities
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may uninstall the App through Shopify. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we operate. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
